1. Find What You Want

If you:

	need help to locate the Parker item you are looking for, select a product group from the " PRODUCTS " navigation bar at the top of most pages------------
	need specific product information or would like more details about a certain item or product  group and would like to view various Parker catalogs to find a certain product or learn if it's specifications  -------- use the "  CATALOGS " button also found in the navigation bar at the top of most pages. (These catalogs are .pdf files and may take a while to open - please be patient)
	are not sure of the Parker item part number you need or would like a breakdown of the various categories to help you select a product class to narrow down your search results  -------- use the " SEARCH " button in the navigation bar.
	are very familiar with the Parker line or know part or all of the Parker part number for the item you need -------- run a of that part number using the " SEARCH " found at the top of most pages in the navigation bar.

	Find the item you would like to purchase and enter the item item in a search. (anywhere you see ) Click here to learn about finding what you want  to order.  Enter a quantity in the "quantity box" and click the button.  (Note: Receive an additional 40% discount when ordering standard pack quantity or greater.)
	An item order confirmation will appear on your screen an you will be offered the options   New Search | Help | Check Out  (Select:  New Search  to continue with your order, Help  if you need help instructions, Check Out  if you wish to close out / finalize you order).
	Once you have added all of the items you wish to your order, select  Check Out to begin the order finalization process. You will then be offered the opportunity to review your order and modify it in any way.  (Note: When ordering standard pack quantities or greater of any item you will get a 65% discount off of Parker's list, 50% when ordering less than standard pack quantities and all equipment is offered at Parker's list price.)
	When you are satisfied that your order contains the items and quantities that you would like, select your desired shipping and payment methods & click on the "Finalize My Order" button to close out your order.
	You will then be prompted to fill out the "Purchaser Information" and "Shipping Information" (if different) as well as any "Special Instructions" you may have for your order.
	Click the button which reads "Complete Order" to Send Us Your Order and you're officially done!
	An Order Confirmation will appear on your screen, notifying you that the order was indeed sent. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail (almost immediately) which shows that we have received the order.
	Once we have reviewed your order and determined the shipping availability on the items you request, we will send you a summary of the shipment for the items on your order
	An account is automatically created for you once you place your first order so you won't have to enter all the information again when you order next.
