The forged body ball valve provides
extended service life and resists failure caused by severe temperature
applications. Optimum flow design assures maximum system efficiency.
Highly inert PTFE seats and seals provide resistance to chemical
corrosion. Parker also provides a blow-out proof stem, chrome plated
brass ball and a specially designed handle enabling increased turning
leverage for ease of opening and closing. Parker’s ball valve can be
readily identified assuring high quality engineering and reliability.
Applications
For use as fuel line shutoffs for gasoline and diesel powered over the
highway, off highway, and construction equipment vehicles. Water and air
service lines on capital equipment and plant design plumbing that
require total shutoff capability.

The carbon steel ball valves have a hex
shaped body for easy installation. Highly inert PTFE seats and seals
combined with an external phosphate coating provide superior corrosion
resistance. Parker also provides a blow-out proof stem and a specially
designed handle enabling increased turning leverage for ease of opening
and closing. Parker’s ball valve can be readily identified assuring
high quality engineering and reliability. This economical ball valve is
available in female pipe sizes.
Applications
For use as fuel line shutoffs for gasoline and diesel powered over the
highway, off highway, and construction equipment vehicles. Hydraulic and
general industrial applications on capital equipment and plant design
plumbing that require total shutoff capability.

The Cast Body is manufactured from CF-8M
Stainless Steel, the cast equivalent of 316 Stainless Steel. They are
ideal for corrosive environments such as chemical plants and refineries.
The full flow design assures maximum operating efficiency. The
reinforced PTFE seats and seals, coupled with the 316 Stainless Ball and
blow-out proof stem, result in the utmost reliability.
Applications
Applications include chemical plants, refineries, steel mills,
industrial fuel lines and agricultural equipment. Meets material
requirements of NACE MR-01-75.

Additional Ball Valves and
Componentry
Mini Ball Valves
The Mini-Valve is to be used in confined and hard to reach applications.
The Brass extruded body allows for extended service life and is chrome
plated as standard. Features of the MV608/609 valves include blowout
proof stem, hard chrome plate ball, PTFE seats, viton stem seals, and
standard yellow handle. MV200 valve features a black lever handle.
Stem Extender Kits
Stem Extenders can be attached easily to any standard size Parker Ball
Valve. Kits are available in 1-1/4" and 2-1/4" clearances for
Parker Brass Ball Valves up to 1" and Parker Stainless Steel Ball
Valves up to 2". All stem extender components are made from 300
Series stainless steel.
Rotary Actuator
A reliable dual vane actuator delivering maximum torque in a small
envelope size. Torque output is uniform in both directions, with zero
backlash for precise positioning, and guaranteed zero external leakage.
Replacement Componentry
In addition to standard lever handles, most Parker Ball Valves are
available with Short Lever Handles, Oval Handles, Tee Handles and Handle
Covers.
Plug
Valves
Compact brass valve with internal nitrile seals and 1/4-turn, one-piece
stem/handle. All valves are 100% leak tested and certified leak free to
one SCCM.
Needle Valves
Brass valves with metal-to-metal seats and fine-thread screwdown for
positive sealing up to valve capacity.
Truck
Valves
Brass valves with metal-to-metal seats and fine-thread screwdown for
positive sealing up to valve capacity.
Lanyard
Valves
Compact brass valve designed for releasing condensate from air tanks.
Specially formulated low temperature seal remains elastic down to -40ºF.
